My innovations, approaches and strategies to support/enhance student learning and design of assessment and feedback mechanisms resulted in an increasing trajectory on my 'MyExperience Survey report'. For example, I got a 100% agreement for ZEIT3506 in Semester 2, 2020. Also, in Hexamester 1-2021, I got a mean score of 5.11 out of 6.0 with an 88.90% of agreements. My mean score in 2020 was higher than the mean score of both 'Overall School' and 'Overall Faculty'.  

Moreover, during the delivery of ZZCA6510 in this Hexamester 2021, I was facilitated by Professor Ann Applebee who is the educational designer at UNSW. After completing the training period, she also made many encouraging comments on my 'Student Communications and Online Teaching' skill. Some are included here:

Ripon and Sumana worked well as a team throughout this course. They were extremely well organised and had a thorough understanding of the course content and demonstrated their approachability in communications with students (particularly when technical issues occurred). Through the regular and timely announcements, well-written forum posts and engaging webinars, they also demonstrated their respect for students. I was also awarded as an 'Unsung Hero' for the month of November 2020 by the school for my methodological approaches and commitments for PG courses and programs.
