I am have mentored a number of staff members. Some through the UNSW peer mentoring program https://teaching.unsw.edu.au/academic-mentoring , others through providing formative peer review followed by discussion of their teaching and other people who are direct reports or working in a similar area to myself.

I have also benefited greatly from being mentored. Prof. Manju Sharma at the University of Sydney is a mentor to me and gives very insightful advice. I have seen my two previous heads of school, Prof. Richard Newbury (who was first year director when I was a student) and Prof. Sven Rogge as mentors.
