I am a member of two Communities of Practice (CoP), the New EF CoP and the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) CoP. 

The New EF CoP is a supportive space for new EFs to ask questions, raise their concerns and voice how they would like to be supported in their role. The CoP also gather information regarding what support and information new EFs need in their roles. As such, I have been involved in developing a "Buddy" system, where academics volunteer to be a Buddy to support other EFs. This Buddy system will be part of the Onboarding of new EFs. 

The WIL CoP focuses on developing resources to support students, staff and partners to ensure that WIL at UNSW provides an optimum experience for all.
