My expertise and commitment to educational excellence in the School saw me appointed to the role of Head of Teaching (HoT) in the Department of Physiology, School of Biomedical Sciences in 2022. In my role, I engage with academics to create a supportive and encouraging environment allowing for personal and professional development to implement and build teaching excellence across the department. 

Heads of Teaching (HoT) team (2022-)

As a member of the HoT team I have contributed to the management, development and enhancement of teaching across the school. I have contributed to the School's review of the Major programs and how they will be presented in the Faculty of Science's 'SciConnect' platform that is under development. I coordinate the School's monthly Teaching Practice Sharing sessions, an informal meeting where academics share and discuss best teaching practices.
