In September 2019, I delivered a Scientia Education Academy lecture regarding the evidence basis and rationale for the development of myEducation Portfolio, which is one of the first tools of its kind in Australia and beyond.

This lecture explained how UNSW educators can utilise myEducation Portfolio to demonstrate their educational achievements in relation to the standards-based dimensions of effective teaching in higher education. 

The types and sources of evidence that staff can utilise to build their own portfolios were discussed. Existing exemplar portfolios were showcased to demonstrate how to create a profile and how to add evidence for professional development and academic promotion purposes at UNSW from 2020.
