Teaching and supporting student learning
  • Supported students with diverse needs and backgrounds by running the UNSW Student Partners Program and UNSW Business School Reverse Mentoring Program in Term 3, 2022.
  • Pioneer of new technology to enhance the student experience and engage students in active learning - Kristina implemented and used Microsoft Teams in tutorial delivery to enhance student collaboration and engagement in ACCT3563 and COMM1140, and designed and implemented live Slido polls in lectures in ACCT3563 based on student feedback gathered during the UNSW Student Partners Program and UNSW Business School Reverse Mentoring Program in Term 3, 2022. 
  • Acts as a conduit between third year (ACCT3563) and first year (COMM1140) accounting courses by transferring expertise and teaching innovation through educational technology and research-led teaching approaches. 
  • Role of "Accounting Undergraduate Coordinator" for the UNSW PASS Program to recruit PASS leaders for courses in the Bachelor of Commerce's Accounting Major
  • Role of "AccSoc Revision Workshop Liaison" to the UNSW student society AccSoc (UNSW Accounting Society), which is a key element for enhancing the student experience. Kristina liaises with AccSoc and the lecturers in charge of accounting courses in the Bachelor of Commerce's Accounting Major to organise revision workshops for the courses.
