Teaching context and philosophy

I adapt contemporary teaching practices including practical-based and evidence-based learning in my teaching. I also adopt blended teaching, flipped classrooms, active learning, reflective learning, and peer teaching practices. I believe these approaches help to explain complex ocular disease and clinical processes, and help to engage with students to foster their independent critical thinking skills.
