Fostering a continuum of teaching knowledge

As a Lecturer, I wish to share my experiences (and failures!) with budding academics so as to better the continuum of teaching knowledge in my discipline and beyond. As such I am part of the SoMS Casual Teaching Committee which strive to train new casual academics in the school. This involves a blended learning teaching strategy teaching foundations of teaching and assessment to new casual academics. 

I am also a facilitator for the Beginning to Teach program run for new academic staff whishing to begin their teaching journeys.
