I was invited to design and deliver training programs for medical educators from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. I designed and delivered an executive education program for these colleagues, who visited UNSW over two programs of two-weeks each in 2018 and 2019. As part of this program, over 100 academics from SJTU participated in the program over three iterations in 2018-2019. 

I was able to assemble a multidisciplinary team of medical educators at UNSW Medicine to design and deliver this program. This program was an opportunity to showcase the quality of education at UNSW Medicine and thus serves to enhance our international reputation. 

A key feature of the program was its practical nature. A number of modules were based on research that was led by me on the UNSW Medicine program, and was based on publications that arose from that work. This added value to the modules, as participants could interact with me not only as their program leader and facilitator but also as the researcher behind the publications that they found beneficial.
