Teaching context and philosophy

I adopt effective pedagogical methods such as evidence-based learning, problem-based learning,
case studies, and scaffolding to promote student retention and successful outcomes. Moreover, my method of teaching is that of experiential learning, where students learn through experience or reflection on doing.These stimulate critical discourse and rational thinking, engaging students in problem solving, critical thinking and evaluation. I guide my students to make good academic decisions and help them to relate theory to practise. This approach also enables my students to maximise their potential and become intellectually independent.
