I love improving my teaching methods and learning whether there are forms of technology that lift teaching pedagogy rather than detracting from it. Thus, I do embrace the employment of online tools and newer technology where this leads to better support for students in their engagement with the material, benefits communication with fellow peers or maintains integrity of assessments. Mostly I have kept to the use of online tools within the UNSW suite to maintain the highest levels of data management, but in one instance sought an external tool which created a greater student community during the Covid Restrictions.
