I have a keen interest in developing resources which enhances engagement from students and using technology and innovations where they are appropriate. To this end, I have been an active member or the Online Learning and Innovation Community of Practice (OLI CoP) and have the privilege of being invited to Co-Lead this community of practice, beginning 2023. 

I love improving my teaching methods and learning whether there are forms of technology that lift teaching pedagogy rather than detracting from it. Thus, I do embrace the employment of online tools and newer technology where this leads to better support for students in their engagement with the material, benefits communication with fellow peers or maintains integrity of assessments. 2022 saw the Pilot Scheme for the Teaching Accelerated Program to guide new teaching staff within UNSW campuses. As a Co-Lead for this program, I provided support and guidance to a small peer group.
