Mitchell transitioned to smaller lecture 'snacks' with YouTube style editing in 2022 in the (then) new unit EXPT3152 - as well as assiting co-convenor Dr Matt Jones to implement a similar style. These were well recieved with comments in MyExperience such as:

"Every lecturer needs to start conducting lectures the way Mitch and Matt have this term, they were excellent. They were short and sharp which
meant I kept involved the whole time but they gave all the information we needed. great work, loved the tutorials on Fridays too
!!"

"The best things were the lecture content and the way Matt and Mitch presented them."

Since this rollout, during the transition of the new programs in SoHS, Mitch has assisted several colleagues in different disciplines in creating this style of lecture to where it is now the generally accepted format.
