I was invited to participate in the Course Enhancement Program (CEP) as a peer=mentor. CEP provides support and resources to co-ordinators of high priority courses with a student-centred approach to improving student experience, and I felt I was ideally placed to support colleagues through this program as the aims aligned very well with my own educational philosophy. Together with experienced consultants and educational development support from the PVCESE's innovation team, I provided support and guidance to course convenors A/Prof Sally Nathan and a/Prof Anthony Newall to make improvments to their post graduate Public Health course.
