I am a peer reviewer for UNSW, and have reviewed colleagues in a range of disciplines (Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Medicine), both in person and online, and both synchronously and asynchronously, and both formative and summative reviews. Reviewers are recommended to the post by the Faculty's Associate Dean of Education. Peer review is important not only for promotion, but for colleagues to develop and improve their teaching practice.
