I lead the biannual induction event for all new staff in the Medicine and Health Faculty, ensuring that they are aware of all professional development opportunities available to them, and that they have relevant health and safety, library, wellbeing and cultural information. In this role I recruit and collaborate with colleagues across the University to ensure that the appropriate experts deliver information as well as delivering sessions myself.
