Over the past 25 years i have mentored over 20 Anaesthesia trainees through mentor programs.

in 2025 I commenced mentoring medical students at UNSW where the maximum is 2 per mentor 

Over the past 4 years, I have spent dozens of hours assisting other NSW hospitals, including Nepean, Port Macquarie, Wollongong and Lismore,  as they implement goal directed bleeding management. I was the planning and last author on an article on this in Australasian Anaesthesia 2025.

This is quite rewarding to see other sites create good programs and guide them through the process to improve local management of critical bleeding .
