I convene a course that has between 200 to 350 students enrolled every year. The MyExperience surveys are always above the average of the School and the Faculty. They are often above the average of the University too. 

I introduced several innovations to the course design to enhance learning in a digital environment. Students can ask questions and interact anonymously in a forum and they can self-assess their learning answering to randomised questions from which they receive immediate feedback. In the online environment, I start my lectures with a song that is often aligned with the current topics of study.
