I successfully applied for UNSW’s prestigious Academic and Professional Women in Leadership (APWIL) program which empowers women to strive for career progression and become more confident and effective leaders within the University. I found the program extremely beneficial and a genuine opportunity to learn from other successful women such as Eileen Baldry, Fiona Docherty. I found it particularly useful to validate my leadership/management style, and to learn new skills such as coaching.
