I have been an active member of the School of Medical Sciences honours program committee since 2016. The committee needed a mechanism to increase the awareness of the responsibilities and expectations of both supervisors and students that engage with the honours program. I took on the task of developing a document that clearly set out these responsibilities and expectations, and the processes
