My work involves collaboration with industry, particularly Werfen International, where I was an invited speaker for the last three years on faculty for the annual international patient blood management course. This course is run as 3 hours of lectures over 6 consecutive Saturdays across over 80 countries and to more than 2500 participants. I presented a lecture and created Multiple choice exam questions which were used for assessment at stages of the course. I presented alongside a speaker from the WHO, Prof Axel Hoffman  on 19 October 2024.

With CSL I have been involved with the critical bleeding advisory board where factor concentrates are playing an increasing role, but the role of frozen products is also important. I was also the session chair at a CSL meeting in November 2025 in Sydney when Prof Levy from the USA came out to speak to local anaesthetists, haematologists and hospital scientists.
