Introduced the Concept of ECG during SGs to engage students and promote student-centred learning in sessions by allowing them to share their personal expectation from the SGS, the contribution they're commit to making to achieve the expectation they set out, and a guideline they determine to help them stay on their course. This was done on the Padlet platform where SG members can pen down their ideas and it was revisited mid-term to recall and renew their commitment to their learning process. This approach received positive feedback with a student sending an email to share his appreciation for engaging him in the process of identifying personal learning goals in SGs.
