Teaching context and philosophy

My teaching is shaped by student feedback and my research informs my teaching. Allowing students to have agency in their learning and enabling them to derive at decisions that they make in conjunction with team work / collaboration, considering the evidence and through reflective practice. I see students as future health professionals and from Day 1 remind them to think that way in everything they do from appropriate correspondence, accountability for their actions and decisions, through to how they conduct themselves and represent the university on placements and internships.
