The RACA (Reflective Ability Clinical Assessment) is an assessment strategy derived from my PhD, designed to assist students with communication skills, clinical decision making and reflective practice. This strategy can be utilised across all health disciplines.

Led the development of a reflective rubric as an assessment tool, an output of my PhD, interrater reliability tested across 3 countries and is currently embedded in pharmacy curriculums in 4 institutions across 5 countries. AAUT Citation was awarded in the Individual Category for: Influencing and motivating Pharmacy students to become lifelong reflective learners prepared for the diversity of future professional practice contexts.
In addition to the 2019 national recognition for educational excellence, I have been awarded the following University Teaching and Learning honours and external Teaching
Supervising and Co-Supervising PhD students on Health Educational Based PhDs to completion within 3 years and mentoring research by course work students on Educational Research Projects within the 1 year period has enabled me to keep up to date with the latest research methods and technologies ustilised to enhance teaching, learning and training practices. This has also informed many
Chair of Poster and Snapshot Sessions (Education and Practice Stream) for the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) National Conferences in 2022, 2023, 2024 and invited to Chair for the National Conference in 2025
