Led the Development, Implementation and Evaluation of the RACA assessment: Reflective Ability Clinical Assessment

The RACA (Reflective Ability Clinical Assessment) is an assessment strategy derived from my PhD, designed to assist students with communication skills, clinical decision making and reflective practice. This strategy can be utilised across all health disciplines.

Led the Development, Implementation and Evaluation of a Reliable Reflective Rubric - Interrater reliability tested and embedded in 4 institutions across 5 countries

Led the development of a reflective rubric as an assessment tool, an output of my PhD, interrater reliability tested across 3 countries and is currently embedded in pharmacy curriculums in 4 institutions across 5 countries. Instructing Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to Higher Education Health Students

As a licensed MHFA instructor, I facilitated, incorporated and instructed MHFA training for pharmacy students from 2017-2022 at UTS, an evidence-based 12 hour course. This enabled students to be equipped with these valuable skills prior to their placements and internships, thus enhancing their learning and supporting practical skills.
