I have led and participated in multiple innovations and research projects to improve teaching in higher education in both Australia and Sri Lanka. I have trained more than 10 medical students and junior doctors in educational research during these projects, and the findings have been shared with peers at national and international meetings by me or the students (e.g. Teaching and leraning

I am the co-convener of two third-year Pathology courses offered as part of Bachelor of Medical Science degree (PATH3205 - Molecular Basis of Disease, PATH3206 - Cancer Pathology) since 2017.
