I am a pioneer in Team-Based Learning (TBL) at UNSW. Designed by Larry Michaelsen, TBL is a evidence-based structure method to teach content through individual and teamwork in a carefully scaffolded manner. My courses were the first fully TBL courses at UNSW, and I designed them from scratch.

Over the last 5 years, I have given several workshops on Teaching using Team-Based Learning

I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education, including:

• Assessment for Learning (EDST5443)
• Educational Design for Learning in Higher Education (EDST5123)
• Introduction to University Learning and Teaching (EDST5121).
• Leading Education Change (EDST5142)

In 2018, I completed the Foundations Certificate in Team-Based Learning.
