Completed UNSW's Foundations of University Learning and Teaching (FULT) program, strengthening my understanding of evidence-informed pedagogy, assessment design, constructive feedback and reflective teaching practice. Completion of FULT, together with a supporting reference, provides the basis for recognition as an Associate Fellow of Advance HE (AFHEA), which is currently pending confirmation.
